B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
S: some kabocha
L: spring greens, beet, kabocha, cucumber, chickpea salad
S: 1 sm apple

Dess: bread pudding (meh, 7/10, but ate the whole thing)

Exercise: 2.3 mi jog (2 loops, done early in the AM)
