2 choc covered berries

D: eggplant/tomato/onion/mushroom, 1 chicken quarter
Dess: 4 choc covered almonds
yogurt, granola
1 apple

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (David wasn’t there, but Nobuko was a great sub)
