B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
2 choc covered berries
S: 1 apple
L: spring greens, beet, chickpea, cucumber, kabocha salad
S: granola bar (190 cal)
D: eggplant/beansprout/pepper, 1 chicken quarter
Dess: 1/2 mini cantaloupe
6 choc covered almonds
yogurt, granola (1/2)

Exercise: 60 min core power yoga + 60 min ballroom dancing @ Balboa :)
