B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
L: turkey, goat cheese, cranberry, walnut, lettuce salad w/ dressing
S: 1 granola bar (90 cal)
1 apple
D: 1/2 chicken breast, tomato/onion/eggplant/edamame
Dess: 1/3 honeydew
6 choc covered almonds

Exercise: none, came back late

I can feel my clothes getting tighter. uh oh.
