B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 5 almonds
L: spring greens, yam, cucumber, avocado, beet, garbanzo bean, orange salad
S: 1 apple
1/2 lg carrot cupcake (scraped the icing off)
grapes
D: Yu’s Garden! mmmm. Split 3 plates, rice porridge, and green onion pancake among 2 people. delicious.
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds, tea

Exercise: 2.3 mi jog (successful this time around!)
