B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 10 pistachios
S: black coffee
sesame scone - need to resist these.
L: spring greens, beet, garbanzo bean, cucumber, avocado, yam
S: 1 apple
D: tomato/eggplant/onion/mushroom/tofu, 1 chicken drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
