1/2 granola bar
L: spring greens/cherry tomato/cucumber salad w/ balsamic dressing, 1/2 veggie sandwich (sprouts and avocado on whole grain nut bread)
S: 1 apple
cantaloupe
D: cauliflower/frozen veggie/tofu 1 chicken drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
yogurt, oats
