B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, 10 pistachios
S: black coffee, 1 pc coffee cake
L:  arugula salad w/ quinoa, cheese, walnuts, pears
S: 1 apple
D: cauliflower/frozen veggie/tofu/onion curry
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
