B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, 10 pistachios
S: black coffee, greek yogurt and granola
L:  arugula salad w/ quinoa, cheese, walnuts, pears
S: 1 apple
1/4 mini honeydew
1 baby ruth chocolate
D: zucchini/tomato/onion/celery, 1/2 chicken breast
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
strawberries

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
