B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
S: papaya
black coffee
L: beet, avocado, chickpea, yam, papaya salad (ran out of spring greens - it’s grocery time!)
S: 1 apple
granola bar (190 cal)
D: eggplant/tomato/edamame/shirataki, 1 chicken drumstick (less than usual)
Dess: 1 bowl grapes, strawberries
6 choc covered almonds
tea

Exercise: 60 min core power yoga
