B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 10 cashews
S: black coffee
L: arugula, avocado, beet, cucumber, chickpea, yam salad
S: 1 apple
1/2 croissant
D: tomato/eggplant/edamame/shirataki, 1 chicken drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
1 peach

Exercise: 2.72 mi (took a new path, longer, very proud!)
