B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, 10 pistachios
S: tea w/ almond milk
6 m&m's
L:  spring greens, avocado, cucumber, yam
S: 1 mini apple
tea w/ soy milk
snacked WAY too much in the psych room - peanut/sesame crackers, 2 homemade brownies, 3 sticks pocky. ugh, disgusting.
D: eggplant, tomato, onion, mushroom, tofu w/ daikon (less than normal)
Dess: 4 choc covered almonds
frozen grapes

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
