B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, almond milk, 5 pistachios, 5 cashews
S: 1 mini apple
L:  spring greens, beet, avocado, yam, cucumber
S: 2 coffee hard candies

D: chipotle - lettuce, brown rice, black bean, tomato, corn, chicken/tofu, grilled veggies (lucky for me the lady was pretty stingy on portions)
Dess: 4 choc covered almonds, tea

Exercise: 2.2 mi jog
