D: hot pot with chicken, lettuce, tofu, bean noodles, enoki + peanut butter sauce
Dess: grapes, blackberries

Exercise: 60 min Zumba

RAIDED the fridge, eating anything and everything I could get my hands on. finished an entire thick section of pumpkin bread. ugh.
 
Exercise: attempted to go to TWO different zumba classes, both got cancelled on short notice :(. felt like i wasted my time. unfortunately took out my stressors by overeating. what a mistake.
