B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 6 cashews, almond milk
L: kale, yam, avocado, cucumber, apple salad w/ lemon juice
S: 1 large apple
1 pc chocolate cake D: ahhh they cut me a piece and left it on my desk while I was talking with the attending.
D: eggplant/onion/mushroom, turkey
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
