B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 6 cashews, almond milk
L: kale, yam, avocado, cucumber, apple salad w/ lemon juice
S: 1 large apple
D: broccoli/tofu/onion/mushroom, turkey
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
 
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
 
very proud. this is nothing compared to how good i was last year but a major improvement from recent snacking.
