B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 6 cashews, almond milk
S: black coffee
L: kale, yam, avocado, cucumber, apple salad w/ lemon juice
S: 1 large apple, tea
D: eggplant/onion/tofu/shirataki noodle, 1 chicken drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds, tea

Exercise: none. no good classes today. didn’t feel like going to salsa.

I was starving after dinner but I’m sure this will get better...
