B: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 6 cashews, almond milk
L: spring greens, kabocha, avocado, beet, cucumber salad w/ lemon juice
S: black coffee
1 med apple
D:celery/carrot/peanut/tofu, 1 chicken drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds, tea
RAIDED the fridge, eating anything and everything I could get my hands on. finished an entire thick section of pumpkin bread. ugh.
 
Exercise: attempted to go to TWO different zumba classes, both got cancelled on short notice :(. felt like i wasted my time. unfortunately took out my stressors by overeating. what a mistake.
