Made terrible mistakes that started after I went home last weekend. Slowly coming back to my own regimen.
B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon
L: spring greens, avocado, cucumber, strawberries, kabocha w/ balsamic vinegar
S: 1/2 baby watermelon

D: broccoli, onion, mushroom, tofu w/ gochujang
Dess: 4 choc almonds, 1/2 peach, 1/2 baby watermelon
Exercise: 60 min Zumba + 3 hrs salsa
