S: granola bar, granola, 1/2 muffin, tangerines :(. we had a party….
L: spring greens, avocado, beet, cucumber, sweet potato salad (smaller version today, was running out of ingredients)
S: 1 apple
2 choc covered almonds
Thai food
D: cauliflower/enoki/tofu stirfry
Dess: 4 choc covered almonds
Exercise: 90 min U-Jam. man, this was a monster class!
