S: 1/2 brownie, black coffee, tea
L: spring greens, beet, kabocha, cucumber salad
1 small slice pizza
S: 1 small apple
D: broccoli/onion/carrot/edamame/shirataki, 1/2 chicken breast
Dess: 5 almonds
