L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, garbanzo, cucumber, kabocha salad
S: 1 apple
1 pear
D: tomato, onion, eggplant, kale, edamame stirfry
Dess: 3 choc covered almonds
a TON of junk food while on call - lemon bar, pecan bars, cake pops, cookie, crackers w/ cheese. oh god. I was very bad.
Exercise: 30 min Zumba at home (had a small break in between hospital sessions to go home before staying overnight!)
