L: spring greens, kabocha, avocado, beet salad
S: americano, 1 sm apple
D: broccoli/onion/tofu/mushroom, 1/3 chicken breast, 1 mini drumstick
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
leftover bread pudding

Exercise: 30 min treadmill (est 270 cal)
