B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 10 cashews, almond milk
S: 4 strawberries, PB2
L: spinach, beet, chickpea, cucumber, avocado, kabocha salad
S: 1 med apple
iced americano
D: spinach/carrot/onion/mushroom/shirataki noodle, 1/2 chicken breast (tried to emulate chapchae)
Dess: 6 choc covered almonds
then binged…grapes, s/c ice cream (150 cal), 5 cashews, 1/4 scoop oatmeal w/ soy mild
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
