B: 1/2c oatmeal, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon
S: 1/2 apple, WAY too much granola and peanuts, 2 choc covered almonds (sigh)
L: crab, noodles, 咸菜, cucumber
S: coffee, 4 choc covered almonds, 1/2 apple
D: 粽子etc at dad’s lab dinner. ate too much...
Exercise: 60 min Zumba w/ Graciela - too slow for my liking
