B: 1/2c oatmeal, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon
S: candied peanuts, bite of hash brown
L: cucumber, lettuce, tomato, beancurd salad + leftovers
S: 1 lg apple, candied peanuts, tea
D: delicious home cooking - fresh rock fish, fish soup, root/black fungus/bamboo shoot, green beans
Dess: 4 cashews, grapes

Exercise: 60 min Zumba w/ Leticia (round, excited) - good energy, some repetitive moves but overall would take her class again.
