B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon, 10 cashews
S: handful of granola, black coffee
L: spring greens, cucumber, avocado, kabocha, grape salad
S: 1 small peach
D: 糖醋jicama, carrot, snow pea, onion, chicken
Dess: 4 choc almonds
1/2 frozen banana and granola

Exercise: 60 min Zumba w/ Stephania (she was just…ok. 7/10? maybe b/c it was not a high energy class. but got my heart pumping by the end.)
