today was such a nightmare in terms of eating I don't even want to specify. basically lots of PM snacking, the 3 meals were normal. I don't want to slip into my old ways though.
L: spring greens, cucumber, avocado, kabocha, strawberry salad
S: peach, grapes
D: cauliflower, black fungus, tofu
Dess: 2 choc almonds
Exercise: 2.2 mi jog (much slower now, but what can I expect? haven’t wanted to run in ages…only did b/c there are no zumba classes on July 3. I’ve gotten so reliant on those classes…)
