L: cucumber, avocado, blueberry, grape, kabocha salad
S: 1 peach, coffee
D: broccoli, daikon, onion, zucchini, tofu w/ gochujang
Dess: 4 choc almonds grapes, tea
Exercise: 60 min U-Jam

p.s. Had Mia as a Zumba sub yesterday in Irvine - fun and energetic
