B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon, 10 cashews
S: granola, coffee, grapes
L: spring greens, cucumber, avocado, yam, strawberry salad
S: 1/2 large apple
D: zucchini/carrot/onion/shirataki noodles, steamed chicken breast
Dess: 4 choc almonds, 1/2 apple

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
