D: broccoli, enoki, onion, carrot, shirataki - 1/2 normal amt. started feeling sick.
Dess: 4 choc almonds, grapes, granola, tea

Exercise: 35 min Zumba w/ Sorela (sub) - had to stop halfway b/c started feeling dizzy. May be period-related anemia, heat, not having had dinner beforehand. not sure. Sorela was ok; eventually I was working up a sweat but she didn’t seem to know her own choreo very well, even repeated a song once. 5/10.
