Made terrible mistakes that started after I went home last weekend. Slowly coming back to my own regimen.

B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon
L: spring greens, avocado, cucumber, strawberries, kabocha w/ balsamic vinegar
S: 1/2 baby watermelon
black coffee
D: broccoli, onion, mushroom, tofu w/ gochujang
Dess: 4 choc almonds, 1/2 peach, 1/2 baby watermelon

Exercise: 60 min Zumba + 3 hrs salsa

It’s going downhill...
B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon
S: tea, granola
L: spring greens, avocado, cucumber, grapes, kabocha w/ balsamic vinegar
2 curry triangles
S: 1 peach
D: steamed broccoli, mushroom, chicken breast
Dess: 4 choc almonds, 1/2 mini watermelon

Exercise: 60 min Zumba

B: 1/2c oatmeal, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, 1 handful crushed cashews
L: spring greens, strawberry, avocado, cucumber, kabocha + corn salsa
S: grapes
D: Mom’s amazing home food (ate a little too much though) - hot pot, beef tripe and daikon, steamed chilean sea bass…mmm
Dess: 2 slices watermelon
Exercise: a little bit of Wii, 10 round trip laps swimming, night time walk? missed Zumba due to Labor Day traffic. it’s ok.

S: 1 apple, cashews, tea
D: onion, tomato paste, mushroom, tofu, zucchini
Dess: 8 choc almonds

Exercise: 60 min hip-hop class (fun choreo, but not much of a workout) + 2 hrs salsa

September 3, 2015

 B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon, 1 handful crushed cashews
L: spring greens, strawberry, avocado, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1 green apple
D: onion, tomato paste, mushroom, tofu, zucchini, 1/2 chicken breast
Dess: 6 choc almonds, cashews, kabocha

Exercise: 60 min Zumba with sub Josie - amazing instructor. energetic, dynamic, great choreography. Subs are 50/50 and so I’m glad I still went today!

Exercise: none :(. took night call, didn’t get home til too late.
