B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon, 1 handful crushed cashews
S: coffee, granola
L: spring greens, strawberry, avocado, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1 green apple
D: tomato, onion, eggplant, mushroom, tofu
Dess: 4 choc almonds, tea, 1/4 mini cantaloupe, granola

Exercise: 60 min U-Jam
