B: 1/2c oatmeal, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, 1 handful crushed cashews
L: spring greens, strawberry, avocado, cucumber, kabocha + corn salsa
S: grapes
D: Mom’s amazing home food (ate a little too much though) - hot pot, beef tripe and daikon, steamed chilean sea bass…mmm
Dess: 2 slices watermelon
Exercise: a little bit of Wii, 10 round trip laps swimming, night time walk? missed Zumba due to Labor Day traffic. it’s ok.
