It’s going downhill...
B: 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, sugar, cinnamon
S: tea, granola
L: spring greens, avocado, cucumber, grapes, kabocha w/ balsamic vinegar
2 curry triangles
S: 1 peach
D: steamed broccoli, mushroom, chicken breast
Dess: 4 choc almonds, 1/2 mini watermelon

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
