I'm back! Fell way off the way-side with eating for the past year, what a disaster. Hopefully I can slowly and healthily get back to my previous self.

B: soy milk, Cheerios, 1/2 banana
S: Farmer's market taste tests
L: 4 wontons, cucumber, egg white
S: 1 macadamia nut nougat, 1 peach
D: tomato/eggdrop soup, lotus root, fish
Dess: overdid it while we watched "Steve Jobs" the HBO documentary...popcorn, strawberries,  grapes, 1/2 mooncake, 5 almonds, OJ


Exercise: 60 min U-Jam
