Today was a rather disastrous food day content and portion-wise b/c I went down to SD to celebrate two friends' birthdays.

Today was intern's retreat at Big Bear, which means I had to eat the food provided, which wasn't super great. Ah well...
B: 1 waffle, eggs, potato, coffee
L: sandwich (1 slice bread) with 1pc turkey, 1 slice cheese, tomato, onion
egg and potato salad
tiramisu
D: greek yogurt, almond milk, granola, strawberries
Dess: grapes, rice krispie
Exercise: not much, we spent >=4 hours on the road. Some rock climbing, a short hike at Big Bear
